New York City Pictures

Picture fun, New York style. We spent a lot of time in the park and just walking the streets so we don't have too many pictures. Also when it was rainy we didn't get out the cameras much. So you will notice that it looks pretty sunny most of the time. But don't be fooled. It was pretty rainy a good deal of the time.

Flynn and I had a nice ferry ride passed the Statue of Liberty to Staten Island. I think Flynn is getting tired of my self portraits though.

This is our luxurious Inn in New York. Obviously, it's a bare minimum sort of place. It served its purpose, but I don't think I would stay here again. I think next time I'll try to get us a room farther downtown.
Sunshine from Central Park.

This picture was taken on our walk from the MoMA. Really it was just a good excuse to stop and rest for a minute. It's a good thing we walked so much. I'm not in shape. The Breast Cancer 3 Day Walk is going to tough!

Flynn was mighty happy about his Stiegl Beer.

Duck pond at Central Park. Whee!!

The movie in the park was a lot of fun. It was such a nice night out. It was really easy to get lost in the moment. Sometimes I would forget that we were smack dab in the middle of Manhattan.

Flynn and Lady Liberty.

So that was a taste of our adventure in New York City. Next I'll post on Philadelphia. Stay tuned.
